Words for anxiety, guilt, resentment, boundaries, faith, conflict, family pressure, and repair.

2

You see the pattern.

We look at what keeps repeating so you can stop reacting automatically.

3

You practice change.

Clearer boundaries. Honest repair. Less performing. More steadiness in real life.

Insurance benefits

Check your out-of-network benefits.

Sincere Practice is private pay. Depending on your insurance plan, you may be able to receive partial reimbursement through out-of-network benefits.

See what your plan may reimburse.

Use the benefits checker below to estimate whether your insurance may cover part of your therapy cost. This does not guarantee reimbursement, but it can help you make a clearer decision.

Common questions

Before you begin.

The goal is to make the next step feel clear, not confusing.

Do you take insurance?

Sincere Practice is private pay and does not bill insurance directly. If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, you may be able to submit for partial reimbursement.

What is out-of-network reimbursement?

Some insurance plans reimburse part of your therapy fee after you pay for the session. You would usually submit a superbill to your insurance company. The amount depends on your specific plan.

Do you provide superbills?

Yes, superbills can be provided for clients who want to submit claims to their insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

How often do we meet?

Most clients begin weekly so the work has consistency and momentum. Therapy works best when there is enough rhythm to notice patterns and practice change.

Do I need to know exactly what to say?

No. You can start with what feels heavy, confusing, embarrassing, or hard to explain. We can find the words together.

Do you offer couples therapy?

Yes. Couples therapy is available for interracial couples navigating communication, family pressure, culture, in-laws, conflict, commitment, and repair.

Can faith be included?

Yes, Christian counseling and faith-integrated therapy are available upon request. Faith will not be forced. There is room for prayer, Scripture, doubt, grief, anger, and honest questions.

What happens on the fit call?

We talk for 15 minutes about what feels heavy, what you want to change, and whether therapy together feels like the right next step. No pressure.
